Train the Trainer

Investing the time and money to train employees on job processes ensures that proper processes are used which reduces losses, promotes a safe work environment, and minimizes the bad habits that can be costly to the company.  An effective trainer must not only be skilled in the area in which they are training, but must also know how to relate that information to trainees.  This workshop teaches trainers techniques to ensure quality and consistent training by helping trainers to improve instructional techniques and presentation skills.
