Social Media Marketing

Social media marketing is more than hot social media platforms, the latest technology or finding new ways to spread a message.  It is about understanding the consumer and meeting their expectations.  It is about connections and relationships. 

In this workshop, learn to evaluate the various media platforms available and evaluate case studies to see who is doing it well and who is not.  Examine the rules of digital engagement and research current positioning.  Learn to craft a social media strategy and policy, including ways to prepare for legal implications.  Create a plan for executing a strategy while measuring success and ROI.
