This 5-day course is designed to familiarize students to the concepts of Project Management as defined by the Project Management Institute, the accreditation body for project management. It will also fulfill the requirement for 35 contact hours of project management education. Additionally, this class will cover the prerequisites to become certified and how to register to sit for the PMP exam.
PMP® certification is the profession’s most globally recognized and respected certification credential. This certification preparation course will be instructed by David Williamson, MBA PMP MCTS, a renowned facilitator with over 20 years of experience in IT, managing projects, and the founding president of the Southwest Virginia chapter of Project Management Institute.
Dates: March 9, 10, 16, 17, 18. 8:30am-5:00pm each day
