Participants will learn techniques to adapt their current skills to lead in virtual and remote situations. The instructors will demonstrate technologies that can be used to support virtual teams. Participants in this workshop will explore project management in a virtual world and the available online tools for managing successful projects including Google Apps, zoho project, Basecamp, and various open source tools.
