Home Preservation: Jams and Jellies

Jelly, Jam, Preserves, Conserves, Marmalades, Fruit Butters, Fruit Honeys and Syrups….what does it all mean?  Learn the difference and how to safely preserve fruits by making Jelly and Jam. Fresh Strawberries will be the main ingredient for this JAM session!  Come on down and we will also mix up some JELLY using grape juice! Take home your choice! 

The class is offered in partnership with the Virginia Cooperative Extension.
