Darden / UVA-Wise Partnership: Creating and Managing Growth

Based on comprehensive research and study of consistent high-growth public and private companies, the new program, Creating and Managing Growth, provides insight into how some businesses have successfully and “smartly” developed sustainable growth. Participants will explore growth results from the RIGHT kind of leadership, environment, and processes, and begin to understand growth as an internal system, not just a strategy. They will return to their organizations armed with the necessary knowledge to cultivate innovation and prepared to be the conduits of smart growth!
