Boating Safety Education Course

Don’t miss this chance to take this approved boating safety course. The Virginia General Assembly enacted a law to establish a boating safety education compliance requirement. This requirement is phased-in over several years and applies to all Personal Watercraft (PWC) operators and operators of motorboats of 10hp and greater. All PWC operators 35 years old and younger must complete an approved and accepted boating safety course by July 1, 2010.
